RUBBER CROSSHEAD

Rubber extrusion heads distribute the raw material homogeneously thanks to their special cartridge designs and ensure that hoses of the desired dimensions are produced with the help of the tools in the head.
In these heads, which usually have a liquid heating system, external ring resistances are used for preheating when needed.
Concentricity setting adjustment and the wall thickness adjustments can be made on the crosshead.

CO. EXTRUSION CROSSHEAD

Co-extrusion cable crossheads are advanced extrusion components designed to simultaneously apply multiple polymer layers onto a cable core. In this process, distinct polymer streams—each possibly with different properties such as viscosity, thermal behavior, or chemical composition—are fed through separate channels within a single crosshead. This design ensures that each layer is applied uniformly and concentrically, which is critical for achieving superior insulation, mechanical strength, and overall product consistency.

DOUBLE LAYER CROSSHEAD

Double layer cable extrusion crossheads are advanced components engineered for manufacturing cables with two distinct extruded layers.
Typically, these crossheads are designed to simultaneously apply an inner insulation layer and an outer protective jacket, ensuring each layer meets its specific performance criteria.
Key to their operation is the incorporation of separate flow channels and specialized cartridge designs.

DOUBLE LAYER FLAT CROSSHEAD

Flat crosshead is a special extrusion head used in flat cable production. This system increases product quality and performance by providing concentric, homogeneous and stable distribution of material in the production of flat cables.
Thanks to specially designed cartridges, the flow of raw materials is meticulously controlled; thus, unwanted fluctuations or deviations on the surface of the flat cable are minimized.
